Led by our experienced Specialist Family Guide, children enjoy exciting, age-appropriate activities while parents take time to relax. Young explorers learn the art of tracking wildlife on foot and by safari vehicle, identifying animal tracks and birds, and discovering essential bushcraft skills, including making simple traps and lighting a fire using natural materials. Additional adventures include fishing, gliding through the waterways in a traditional mokoro (water levels permitting), and air rifle target shooting. Combining education, exploration, and fun, the Young Explorers Program offers an enriching safari experience that brings families closer together and creates lifelong memories in the heart of the African bush.
